Magnesium alloys are generally divided into casting alloys and deformation alloys; for tubes and pipes, we utilise deformation alloys — including extruded sections, rolled sheet/plate, tubes, and forgings.

We specialise in supplying seamless magnesium tubing in a variety of dimensions — round, rectangular, square, and oval — with numerous standard diameters ranging from 0.02 to 6.0 inches and wall thicknesses from 0.003 to 0.500 inches. Tubing can be further processed to produce rings, washers, sleeves, and sheaths.

The casting line for magnesium alloy pipes offers high dimensional accuracy and supports high-precision processing. Magnesium alloy exhibits excellent die-casting formability, with wall thicknesses achievable down to 0.5 mm — making it suitable for manufacturing a wide range of automotive die-cast components.
