Product order and delivery process

1. After the signing of the order of the sales department, Production department, supply department, quality inspection department to jointly examine the various indicators of the contract, check the details, issued to the relevant departments of the delivery plan (including specification, packing, Delivery date, etc).

2. According to the production plan, delivery date, advance booking cargo space.

3. Production department according to the order requirements, develop a detailed production plan, began production of products.

4. According to the order requirements, declare the original and auxiliary materials procurement plan.

5. Purchasing Department of the purchase of the production of the original, auxiliary materials.

6. QC department to check to ensure that the process in the strict control of product quality.

7. The product is packaged into the warehouse and shipped according to the fixed date.

8. The goods to the port, the freight forwarders according to the Ministry of Trade to provide the declaration documents, unloading, on the manifest.

9. After goods issued, our sales will e-mail the Delivery documents and bills of lading, certificate and policy to the customer. Together with the freight transportation odd numbers. In addition, If payment using the L/C, it will be paid to the bank according to the letter of credit.
