The rolled magnesium alloy engraving plate is a semi-continuous casting magnesium alloy ingot which is extruded by a 10,000-ton press, heated by an equalizing furnace and leveled. The magnesium alloy plate is formed by refining and recombining its grains. It has the light weight of magnesium alloy (the weight of magnesium is 1.74g/cm3, which is only 2/3 of that of aluminum, 2/5 of titanium, and 1/4 of steel). Magnesium alloy is 36 percent lighter than aluminum alloy, 73 percent lighter than zinc alloy and 77 percent lighter than steel. Good plasticity, very low thermal expansion and prestress, 30 times higher than aluminum vibration performance. Can save the mold in the repeated use, greatly improve the life of the mold. It is the best material in metal mould.
