Magnesium engraving plate is easier to be etched with the highest speed between Brass and Zinc engraving plate. Normally magnesium engraving plate can be etched to 1mm depth within 7 seconds.

The surface hardness of the magnesium plates is very close to copper. Our plates undergo rolling with 3000 tons cold rolling mill and 2500 tons hot rolling mill, followed by tempering treatment. This results in plates with uniform thickness, near-zero thickness tolerance, no anisotropy, and eliminated internal stress.
