High Strength High Property AZ31 Magnesium Alloy Sheet Mg Plate

Applications requiring a flat surface or high dimensional stability benefit from magnesium tooling plate. Typical uses include jigs, fixtures, optical benches, vibration test equipment, and inspection gauges. Magnesium Tooling Plate is non-magnetic and has high electrical and thermal conductivity, meeting material requirements in electronics and computer industries.

Applications

Due to its excellent specifications, AZ31B magnesium alloy can be used in various fields:

Magnesium alloy thick plates are used for satellites, lunar landing aircraft bases, exterior panels of missiles and rockets, and missile and plane empennage
Magnesium alloy middle boards are used for auxiliary tanks, side boards, and other structural components of battleplanes
Cast sheets of magnesium alloy:
- Used in trains for vibration attenuation, seat and couchette framework lining boards, and goods shelves
